StemWave treatment; is currently a self-pay service and is not covered by insurance plans. While the technology has received FDA clearance for certain uses, insurance companies do not currently provide coverage for StemWave treatments. If insurance coverage becomes available in the future, we will gladly update our patients.

 

Immigration: Our Form I-693 immigration medical exam and Form N-648 disability certification services are not covered by insurance. The exam fee, medical evaluation, paperwork, and required lab tests are the patient’s responsibility and must be paid out of pocket. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to help answer any questions about the process.

PCP:Our consultations are self-pay, so we do not accept insurance for the consultation fee. However, if we recommend additional services during your visit—such as lab work, medications, or other procedures—we can use your insurance for those, if covered by your plan.
